Malaysia’s OSK Ventures, Japan’s SBI Group launch $20m PE fund

Malaysia-based private equity firm OSK Ventures International Bhd has announced that it has set up a joint venture fund with Japan’s SBI Holdings Inc with an initial commitment of $20 million.
